Dr. Susan Ursprung, Superintendent of Donegal School District was the guest speaker at Donegal Rotary on April 3. Dr. Ursprung talked about the school district events and updated the me members on the recent fire in the newly constructed school building and the reconstruction in preparation to occupy the school in time for the new school year. Donegal Rotary guest speaker on February 21st was Scott Hershey, Borough Manager of Mount Joy. Scott talked about the new improvements that are being made to downtown Mount Joy.
